How long will it take
to receive my order in the mail? |

A: Due to the large volume of orders we handle per
day, it takes us three business days (Saturday, Sunday,
and recognized National Holidays are NOT business days)
to process your order. Meaning your order will not even
leave our warehouse for at least three business days
after we receive your payment.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal
Service (US Mail / Post Office). This means you should
receive your order 7-10 days after your order is
processed (see above). We have no control over the Post
Office's shipping schedules. However we do use delivery
confirmation on all our packages and insurance. Since we
do use delivery confirmation on all our packages, if you
haven't received your order 7-10 working days from the
date you placed your order (after adding in the three
business days to process your order), please contact us
BY E-MAIL because something is not right. International
& Canadian orders have no tracking, please allow up
to 3-5 weeks after your orders is processed due to
Customs delays.

will NOT be honored. We only ship to the credit card

match the name of the person placing the order, the order
